Summit Inn Pizza got it’s name from the historic building where it all started. We purchased the Summit Hotel building in 1989 and began the next chapter of the building’s history by converting the downstairs into a pizza parlor, and the rest into a residence.
We were determined to create a pizza that had the perfect bite, every time. That means that every bite you take has the perfect blend of crust, sauces, cheese, and toppings. We knew that meant it had to be fresh and fresh meant local. To this day we search for the best local ingredients as well as import the finest cheeses and meats to maintain quality and freshness. They say everything gets better in time and we can tell you the ten years we spent creating the perfect dough and sauce was worth it.
Now with over 40 years of experience in making pizza we pride ourselves in creating that perfect bite every time. We have worked to continue the tradition by creating more items to tantalize your taste buds, while maintaining our philosophy of fresh and local. We don’t cut corners, we only cut slices of pizza. Summit Inn Pizza has won “Best of State”, “Best Family Pizza” 2010 through 2016.
